This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a contract using other than full and open competition for membership dues for Internet2 with Internet 2, 1000 Oakbrook Drive, Suite 300, Ann Arbor MI 48104. Internet 2 is a networking consortium led by members from the research and education communities, industry and government. The CDC requires affiliate membership dues Level 1 to internet2 to collaborate on the research grade network with other Federal agencies, Universities and Public Health research organizations to accomplish its mission.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. However, all capability statements received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
