This Request For Information (RFI) supports a potential effort for the service to support wireless fidelity at a forward operating location and is conducted for Market Research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for supplying the required services to an unnamed forward operating location near Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.

The purpose of this RFI is to determine contractor capabilities to provide internet services for full and unrestricted connectivity via the internet. The selected ISP must be extremely reliable and organically provided as outlined in the Statement of Work, Attachment 1, under one purchase order.
