The USDA, APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service), IS (International Services) in Riverdale, MD intends to procure a commercial service contract with reimbursable travel contract line items for IS Assessment / evaluation and recommendation requirements. The duration of these services will be for a one-year base contract (2009) with four option years (2010-2013) for a maximum contract length of five years. The USDA intends to award a Firm-fixed price commercial contract for this effort This will be a best value procurement.
