The Federal Aviation Administration has a follow-on requirement to provide registrar services needed to maintain Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center’s (MMAC) certifications in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. The MMAC Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Safety and Health Management and BMx systems are fully integrated quality management systems designed to manage ISO standards and track internal processes. The contract will require a Project Manager/Certified Lead Auditor and support lead auditor services for the appropriate ISO standards (i.e., 9001, 14001, and 45001). The vendor shall demonstrate expertise, experience, and technical qualifications necessary to successfully support MMAC’s goal of obtaining and maintaining ISO registration(s).
This notice is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice announcement only and will be used for preliminary planning purposes and to identify competition in the marketplace. This announcement is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Solicitation for Offerors (SFO) and should not be construed as such. The FAA is seeking a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) general estimate of the projects level of effort and cost. Any cost associated with the response, or any follow-up information requests are solely at the interested vendor’s expense. As such, the government is seeking interested parties with knowledge, capability, and experience with the Federal Aviation Administration to meet the requirements outlined in the attached draft International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001, 14001, and 45001 Registrar Services Statement of Work (SOW).

The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time. Responses to this announcement will be used to finalize the acquisition strategy.
