Solicitation N00421-13-T-0430 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. Products must be Fusion IO or Micron ( See Section C of the attachment), under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
