Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-R-2032 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is not set-aside for small business.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Kongsberg Geospatial Ltd., 411 Legget Drive Suite 400, Kanata, ON, Canada, K2K 3C9, a quantity (qty) of 52 ) InterMAPhics Warranted Runtime Licenses with Part Number IMWRT5 which include single operator license, access to technical support hotline and InterMAPhics Program Maintenance and Support in accordance with the attached SF18.  Kongsberg Geospatial Ltd is deemed to be the only vendor whose product was found to meet all Government requirements and system needs for program requirements at NSWCDD.

Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12.  The order shall be firm fixed price.  

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).  Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov .
