The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority is seeking services of a qualified contractor to provide cleaning services for WMATA's railcar fleet. The goal is to have rail cars cleaned to a level of quality which is compliant with this Scope of Work and sufficient for vehicles to return to revenue service.

A pre-bid conference will be held to respond to questions by prospective bidders. This pre-bid conference will be held at 9 AM a.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019, at 5801 Sunnyside Ave. Building B, College Park, Md. 20740. It is requested that bidders submit their questions in writing, whether in advance of the meeting or during the meeting. Questions from the floor, however, are permissible.
