Objectives: To refurbish the interior office spaces with new paint, repairing any damaged walls and sheetrock, & replacing broken/stained ceiling tiles of the offices at located at 15 Parker Rd. Supply paint color choices. Fix any damage to walls. Paint all surfaces of the walls, doors, railings, wood ceilings, and trim (2 coats of paint). Replace any stained or damaged ceiling tiles. Moving of furniture, TV’s, and other attachments & replacing when project completed. Must adhere to prevailing wages for public works projects. Bids are due on May 3, 2023 by 2pm
