The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for interim training to sailors on the Ship Service Diesel Generator (SSDG) and the Main propulsion Diesel Engine (MPDE), this be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from MTU America Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
