This requirement is for Support of the Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter managed by AFLCMC/WIUKB and will encompass Interim Contract Support (ICS) to include engineering and technical services, logistics services, spares managment, repairs, and technical data in support of the Color Weather Radar (CWR) modification (Part Numbers: 379-2011-0001, 447000-000/201321800-10 and 3614278-1619, NSN: 5841-01-558-5785, ). The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be issued February 2021.

This action will result in the award of a new Requirements type Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), which is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) pricing arrangement. The contract will have five ordering periods consisting of a one (1) year basic plus four (4) annual options.

This sole source requirement will be purchased from Telephonics Corporation DBA: Commnad Systems Division 815 Broadhollow Road Farmingdale, NY 11735-3904, Cage: 64694, per authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. However, foreign participation will not be permitted.
