DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a firm fixed price contract with no quantitiy option.  This is a non-critical item.   This requirement is unrestricted under the negoitated method  of procurement.  The approved sources of supply are as follows:
M&T Company (cage: 0KB09) / P/N 3359AS854; Raytheon Technical Serviescs (cage: 072E5) / P/N 3359AS854; and Data Voice, INc. (cage:  0NTR4) / P/N 3359AS859.  This is a non-commerical item.  FOB: Origin - Do not add tranportation charges.  This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination program.  For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.279-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Orignating Outside the contiguous United states (OCONUS).  Addtional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/).  A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board system (DIBBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issued data cited in the RFP.  RFPs are in portable document format.   Issue date will be on or about 06/11/15.  This date is subject to change.
