This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Bid (RFB). Declining to submit a response to this Request for Information (RFI) is not a disqualification from submitting a response to a potential future RFP/RFB. The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is interested in bringing the Youth Villages Intercept Model developed by Youth Villages in Tennessee to Wisconsin to provide services to high acuity needs youth and their families. The intent is to reduce the number of high acuity needs youth entering out-of-home care and the length of stay for those youth who do become placed in out-of-home care. The information gained from responses to this RFI may be used by DCF in the development of a competitive procurement leading to the selection of a contractor(s) for an intercept program in Wisconsin. Do not submit questions through eSupplier; see Section V. Submitting RFI Questions in the RFI document.
