The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement.  MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, 185 9th Cavalry Regiment Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to the American Association of Critical Care Nurses 27071 Aliso Creek Road Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. American Association Of Critical Care Nurses is the sole source to provide the rental of booth space at National Teaching Institute and Critical Care Exposition 2023 located at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch St. Philadelphia, PA 19107.

This sole source award to the American Association of Critical Care Nurses is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.  This sole source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
