Georiga 30341 intends to sole source; in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention has the intent to award a sole source firm fixed price service contract to Purigen Biosystems., 5700 Stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334516 . The purpose of this procurement is to purchase Purigen’s Ionic Purification System.
