The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Percon Corporation for telecommunications and communications infrastructure data. This requirement is for the Directorate of Intelligence HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
