The USPFO of Missouri intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis START Licenses from Living Works under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. USPFO-MO believes Living Works is the only known source that has the proprietary information to provide this item. Anticipated award is 06/04/2021. This notice is not a request for proposal/quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements by emailing the contacts identified in this notice. Capability statements must include documented ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Any information received will be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. This is a commercial item. Developmental programs will not be considered at this time, the product should be readily available.
