In accordance with §11-35-1560 (A) of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code, it is the intent of South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) to award without competition a sole source contract in accordance with Regulation 19-445.2105 (B) (5) Service Contracts for the following instrumrntation two 3500xL Genetic Analyzers, two Copan 200 punching instruments, and two ProFlex 96-Well Sample block thermal cyclers.
