Lauterbach JTAG Debugger Tools:  The solicitation number is FA8601-14-T-0101.  The NAICS Code is 334118.  The size standard is 1000 employees.  The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii).  The proposed source is Lauterbach, Inc. The purchase is for Lauterbach JTAG Debugger Tools (please see attached justification). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.  A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
