TITLE: F3T2AM0150AG02, Sole Source Acquisition for ISU 90 Repairs

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to AARCORP. The required items to be purchased are:

This procurement will be for the repair of eight (8) ISU90KC, 5600 series, PN 56120-000 and seven (7) ISU90KCI, 5600 series, PN 56133-000.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: 

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). AARCORP has proprietary rights to the ISU90KCs and is the only manufacturer and company authorized to repair these items.

Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 12 June 2020 at 10:00 AM EST.
