The Department of Commerce (DOC) Enterprise Services-Acquisition (ES-A) Contracting Office intends to issue a follow-on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Deloitte Consulting LLC for the provision of shared services consulting and program management support for the Department's Enterprise Services organization.  The authority for this sole source is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) a logical follow-on contract in the interest of economy and efficiency.  The original BPA issued in 2015 was accomplished competitively and pursuant to applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures.

This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available.
