The proposed contract action is for 6 cockpit control display units to be compatible with the existing Avalex panels for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by 25 July 2016. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available.
