The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to award an Order to ANTON PAAR USA INC. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for an Anton Paar DMA 5000M, Alcohol Density Meter.

ANTON PAAR USA INC. is the only online provider of the above Anton Paar DMA 5000M, Alcohol Density Meter.

No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by Septemer 20, 2011 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to [email protected], Attention B. Cooper/G. Huffman.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
