The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract under commercial item acquisition procedures with American Computer Development Inc (ACDI), under RFQ E008739. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.

 The FBI intends to procure services, from ACDI for the design, assembly and test of Circuit Card Assemblies.  The circuit card assembly design will require boards that are approximately 16" x 14" in size, will require an estimated 24 -26 layers, and utilize buried capacitance with blind and buried vias in order to meet the component density required and signal integrity specifications.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes to this office by 2:00PM, EST, Tuesday, September 1, 2009, via email to the attention of Lauren G.
