Notice of Intent to award Sole Source
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract Piedmont Council Boy Scout of America to support the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC), US Army Cadet Command, 4th BDE, Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) during the period of 11-15 June 2017.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 8 June 2017 by 1:00 PM EST at MICC - Fort Knox, to Erick Plamann at [email protected].
