The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to:
Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129;
for QTY: 3; Test Box Assembly (70700-20678-042). The above referenced company is the sole source for this purchase. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 6.302-1. Telephonic inquires will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
