In accordance with §11-35-1560 (A) of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code, it is the intent of South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) to award without competition a sole source contract in accordance with Regulation 19-445.2105 (B) to procure eighteen POP-4 Polymer, two 24-Capillary arrays, five conditioning reagents, ten GlobalFiler Express Amplification kits, four anode buffers, four cathode buffers, fifteen Genescan 600 LIZ, and one DS-36 Matrix Standard .
