THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to enter into a contract with Growth Curves USA, LLC of Piscataway, NJ, herein referred to as Contractor, for providing a Bioscreen C MBR system. The anticipated award date is on or about August 27, 2013

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responsible sources received within four days of this posting.
