The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue two Communication Service Authorizations (CSA) to AT&T to provide a single 3KHZ voice circuit. One is at Waldorf, MD and one at Raleigh, NC. The 3KHZ voice circuits will connect to AT&T managed CJCSAN system. The CJCSAN system is a communications network that allows full-duplex dedicated voice conferencing directly supporting the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff. The network is used for critical command and control communications between the National Military Command Center (NMCC), the alternate locations (ANMCC, or Second ANMCC), and combatant commands. This network ties together the combatant commands via primary and secondary circuits to the three National Command Authority locations (NMCC, SNMCC or Second ANMCC). The Government does not own any data pertaining to the design, integration, or operation of this network. This announcement is for information purposes only.
