The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue Communication Service Authorization (CSA) to AT&T to provide twenty four 3 kHz circuits supporting various DISA customers throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). AT&T/s network is equipped with the Digital Access Cross-Connect Systems (DACS) necessary to support these lower bandwidth requirements.
