The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Mango Languages. This requirement is for the Directorate of Intelligence Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
