Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) - Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to GSL Solutions, Inc. for monthly maintenance and support services to GSL Solutions Intellipad Software for the 341st Medical Group (MDG). The period of performance will consist of one year total, from 03 October 2019 through 02 October 2020. GSL Solutions is the sole manufacturer/source provider for their operating systems, devices, and any maintenance and support services to their Intellipad Software. GSL Solutions does not sell or provide information on any of its products or services to third parties or distributors.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
