The purpose of this amendment is to:
(1) Clarify the software subscription and requested option year requirement (see para 1 of Instructions to Offerors; CLINs 3001 and 4001 are hereby deleted);
(2) Incorporate industry Q&A;
(3) Add Customer ID and JetBrains Order Number to Instructions to Offerors - Customer ID: 34641; JetBrains Order: 367453556;
(4) Extend offer due date through Tuesday, January 17, 2016, at 1:00PM CDT;
(5) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
