The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Raytheon Company, Space and Airborne Systems, Goleta, CA. on a sole source basis for the Integrated Multi-Purpose Launch Controller (IMPLC) Production Contract for Lot P10 with options for Lots P11 and P12. The contract will consist of a base year with two options. The anticipated quantities are as follows:
P10 - Qty 61
P11 - Qty 25
P12 - Qty 21

This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company, Space and Airborne Systems, Goleta, CA. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 as the Raytheon Company is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the IMPLC system and is the only firm that can provide these supplies within the required time frame. This is not a commercial buy and therefore the Government does not intend to use the provisions of FAR Part 12 for this acquisition. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only.
