The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to provide field support/technical services at Government and Contractor facilities to include, but not limited to:  technical investigations and analyses of reported field problems (hardware and software), initial aircraft installation and checkout, on-site setup, debugging, data reduction and reporting, flight and maintenance crew training, pre-flight briefing, and post flight debriefing.

This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis under NAVAIR basic ordering agreement N00019-11-G-0004 to BAE Systems, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.  BAE Systems is the sole source for design, development, integration, production and depot maintenance for the IDECM system used by the United States Government.
