This announcement is a Sources Sought (market research) Notice. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be taken as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award contract.

Stated is the draft performance work statement for semi-annual and annual di-electric testing of high voltage equipment and vehicles.  The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, services and equipment to administer, maintain, and repair all
USAG-HI ICIDS-IV accounts, components, sensors, connections, system wiring, control units, and conduit located
on the island of Oahu and Hawaii, Hawaii. The Contractor shall administer and maintain the entire ICIDS in a fully
functional operational state. Contractor shall provide all necessary manpower and material required for performing
replacement of components, scheduled adjustments, conducting tests, training, or other scheduled or non-scheduled
work, and all necessary services required for monitoring and administering the system during normal work hours or with the exception of after-hours service calls as required. 

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 561621.

Please provide the following information on your capability statement:

1) Your intent to submit a quote for this requirement when it is formally advertised;

2) Name of firm with address, phone number, e-mail address, and point of contact;

3) CAGE Code and DUNs Number

4) Size of firm including category of small business, such as 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); and

5) Statement of Capability stating your skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform the specific type of work.
