NIH intends to procure a third Flow Cytometry and one Cell Analyzer. Specifications are as follows:
The system will provide a (Blue laser/Red laser/Violet/green laser configuration) It will provide a solid state 488nm blue laser (50mw), a solid-state Coherent 640nm Red laser (40nw), 405nm Violet laser (100mw) and a 532nm Green laser (150 mw). The system will have the ability to detect 3-colors from the blue laser (plus side and forward scatter) utilizing a trigon optical array, 3 colors from the red laser utilizing a trigon optical array, 3 colors off the violet laser utilizing an optical array and 5 colors off the green laser utilizing an octagon array. The system's laser control software will allow the adjustment of power settings for the following Coherent lasers in the systems (Blue, Red, Violet, Green) as well as monitoring key performance parameters of the Coherent lasers. The system will provide a digital acquisition system allowing for inter- and intra beam compensation and the ability to threshold on any parameter. The equipment will provide Dicroic mirrors and bandpass filters configured to detect the following scatter parameter, fluorochromes or dyes: 1. Blue laser: FSC, SSC 488LP, FITC: 505LP, 515/20, PE555LP; 575/26, PerCP Cy5.5, 670LP, 695/40; 2. Red laser: CYAPC: 755LP, 780/60, Alexa700: 6985LP, 730/45, APC: 660/20; 3. Violet laser: 605QDot: 595LP, 605/40, AmCyan: 505LP, 525/50, Pacific Blue: 450/50; 4. Green laser: CYPE: 735LP, 780/60, CY5.5PE: 685LP, 710/50, CY5PE: 640LPM 660/20, PE 575/26. The vendor will provide additional electronics to support the list configuration.
