The Floyd Board of Commissioners will accept Bids from qualified vendors at the Purchasing Department located at 12 East 4th Ave, Suite 106 Rome, Georgia 30161, until 11:00 A.M. legally prevailing time on January 11, 2024, for the following project: Installation of Water Heaters/Hot Water Storage Tank for Floyd County Prison. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 20, 2023, at 10:00 AM local time. Those contractors not able to attend will be able to view the site by calling Randy Self at 706-291-5118. The Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory; however, it is the responsibility of the contractor to establish their own measurements for pricing purposes.
