The scope of this RFP consists of the installation of one hundred (100) interactive short-throw projectors and whiteboards and the installation of audio visual connections at two elementary schools in Douglas, Georgia. Services to be provided by the Proposer shall include but are not limited to: scheduling, coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and clean-up. This will entail the removal of existing Promethean boards and other markerboards from classrooms, and may include removal of existing projector mount systems and VGA cables, connectors, faceplates, electrical, and other related work.
