Introduction/Description:
The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to this market survey.
The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a screening information request for proposals of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred associated in preparation or in response to this market survey.
Per Section 01010 of the Project Specifications, titled, ââ¬ÅSummary of Workââ¬ï¿½, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
1.1.1 Installation of the runway 25R LOC
Contractor shall install the LOC as indicated on the construction drawings. Work includes: Installation of an equipment building (and providing power to building), a LOC antenna foundation, a duct bank between the building and the antenna array, and service roads and parking/maintenance areas.
1.1.2 Installation of the runway 25R DME
Contractor shall install the DME as indicated on the construction drawings. Work includes: Installation of a DME foundation (near the new LOC building), and installation of raceways between the DME and the building.
1.1.3 Installation of the runway 25R GS
Contractor shall install the GS as indicated on the construction drawings. Work includes: Installation of an equipment building (and providing power to building), a GS antenna mast, service roads, and parking/maintenance areas.
The estimated price range of the procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000
