1. All valves, orings, pipe and glue must be rated for Sodium Hypochlorite 15% 2. All piping to be Schedule 80 PVC unless specially stated otherwise 3. All piping to be secured from movement or vibration 4. NaOCL system must stay in operation. The necessity to remove the old skid to install the new skid will require the vendor to install a temporary feed system to the treatment process. 5. COPC will do all electrical wiring to the new skid as well as disconnect any electrical power as needed 6. Core bore 2.5" hole in concrete block wall. Remove existing fill piping and install a new 2" Sch 80 PVC fill line to the 4 bulk storage tanks - the fill line will have a valve at the beginning and a valve (4) at the branch feeding each bulk tank (each tank to have a isolation valve. The feed line will run along the concrete block wall (west side) and branch off going overhead to the top of the bulk tanks. Total valves on the fill line is 5. 6. Remove tank discharge piping that feeds the pump skid and install a new skid feed line. This line is 1" and will be double walled contained. The 1" feed should be incased in a 2" containment line (both being Sch 80 PVC). The inner pipe rings shall be installed according to manufactures recommendations. There shall be 2 isolation valves installed on the skid feed line - 1 between tank 1 and 2 and 1 between tanks 3 and 4. 7. Install new clear sight tube (used for daily usage monitoring) and vent lines. Sight tube and vents are to be manufactured to be used with Sodium Hypochlorite 15% and are to be 1/2". 8. Remove existing skid and install new skid and provide the piping and fittings necessary to reconnect the skid feed lines and the discharge lines.
