The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to award a firm fixed price contract to provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to demo 4 existing Mini Split A/C systems, and install 4 new USDA supplied Mini Split A/C systems complete with new line sets, and new communication wires. Contractor shall recover refrigerants. Contractor is to leak test and pull evacuations on A/C units line sets, and to check refrigerant charge, contractor to connect all electrical components and wiring to A/C systems to existing electrical power, and disconnects, contractor can use old condensate drains lines, contractor to check refrigerant charge, and test and run systems. This Project is located at the Corn Virus Lab in Bldg. #9, USDA‐ARS MS State, 150 Twelve Lane Mississippi State, MS 39762.

This solicitation document incorporates those provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06.

The Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations will be incorporated into this contract.

In accordance with FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.
