The intent of this specification is to describe the minimum requirements for establishing an annual contract to provide inspection, service and maintenance of fire suppression systems on heavy equipment used to maintain the Hunter Ferrell Landfill. The landfill is located at 110 E. Hunter Ferrell Rd. Irving, TX, 75060. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically.
