The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Inside Mortgage Finance Publications at 7910 Woodmont Ave., Suite 1000, Bethesda, MD 20814 on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedure, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Inside Mortgage Finance subscription is an annual renewal that provides web access to the publication that assists examiners and other OCC employees in the risk measurement and supervisory risk management of mortgage-banking operations. This publication covers regulatory, political, legislative, and market issues in the residential mortgage business.

The Period of Performance for this requirement is 1/1/2016 through 12/31/2017.

This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within four days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
