The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis this requirement to authorized distributors. This requirement is a manufacturer sole source requirement to Instrumentation Technology System, 19360 Business Center Drive, Northridge, CA 91324 due to unique capability. The upgrade must be compatible with the existing system. All responsible sources shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation with specification will be issued on or about 2/14/2016 and will be published on www.fbo.gov.
