This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items.

DELIVERY: 30 days from receipt of purchase order.

ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN ‘SAM' DATABASE REQUIRED: In order to be considered for award of this project, registration in System for Award Management database (SAM) is required. Registration in SAM may be completed at www.sam.gov at no cost.

SET-ASIDE: This project is set-aside for small business.

Price quotes shall be submitted to the U. S. Forest Service, Monongahela National Forest, Attention: Sharon Helms, 200 Sycamore St., Elkins, WV 26241, no later than August 8/27/13, at 4:30 p.m., Eastern time.
