The 42 Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, is synopsizing a requirement to award a sole source contract to Inquisite, Inc. to satisfy the needs of ten Air University organizations. This will provide the Inquisite online survey tool, including 10 Asp workgroups. Each workgroup will have its own set of Survey Administrators and Analyst logins along with the Software Developer Kits, Respondent Management Module, and two software upgrades to the current workgroups that will happen twice a year. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services they must respond to this notice before 1600 hrs (Central Time) on 18 Aug 09. If no responses are received by the above date and time, a sole source contract will be awarded to Inquisite, Inc.
