The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award Inmagic Canada Software 600 Unicorn Park Drive Woburn, MA 01801. Inmagic will provide the InMagic DB/Text Library. The period of performance will be for one base year and three (3) option years.

Inmagic is the owner of the InMagic DB/Text Library. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for this required software, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to [email protected] (no later than June 12, 2012, 10:00 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
