The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price (FFP) contract to SydneyPLUS International Library Systems for annual maintenance and support of Inmagic Genie currently in use. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) - Only one responsible source.

Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
