The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase KG-200R Ruggedized Inline Media Encryptors on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Sole Source basis from ViaSat, Inc. as follows:

ViaSat, Inc. (Carlsbad, CA, CAGE Code: 47358) is the only manufacturer that produces Inline Media Encryptors (IMEs). ViaSat's KG-200R has been approved and certified by The National Security Agency. Currently, there is no other known vendors to produce certified IMEs. Therefore, the KG-200R Ruggedized Inline Media Encryptor can only be obtained through ViaSat, Inc.
Delivery required by 15 December 2019, FOB Destination.
This requirement is being solicited as Sole Source under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334419 as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSPB). The applicable size standard is 750 employees.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government.
