This requirement is sole sourced to Ensign-Brickford Aerospace & Defense Company, 14370 White Sage Rd, MoorPark, CA 93021 due to compatibility with the existing Squib T-burner. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. This response must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which may be considered by the agency.

All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
